  • CREW Utah is open to qualified individuals working in the field of commercial real estate.
  • To become a member, download and complete the application and submit it as directed on the application form.
  • Upon approval, submit payment electronically.

Step 1: Complete application and submit, along with letters of recommendation, to:
Step 2: Applicant will be notified of receipt of application within 2 business days, and advised of any missing information
Step 3: CREW Utah Board of Directors will review application at the next available Board Meeting (typically held the second Thursday of each month)
Step 4: CREW Utah Membership Committee will contact applicant within 5 business days of Board Meeting to advise of approval or declination

Determine Your Membership Category

Fully Qualified Member

  • A professional currently actively involved in a qualified discipline of commercial real estate.
  • Over five years of consecutive full-time experience in one or more of the qualified disciplines.

Qualified Member

  • Two to Five years of consecutive experience in a qualified discipline.

Student Member

  • A Individual currently enrolled in full-time studies (12 credits minimum) or in a graduate program leading to a degree of professional certification in qualified disciplines.
  • May be considered for non-voting status.

Candidate Member

  • Less than two of years of consecutive experience in a qualified discipline.

Civic Affiliate Member

  • An individual who is involved in local or regional government, other public agencies, universities or other educational institutions or non-for-profit organizations, who may or may not meet primary responsibility or experience requirements, but furthers the purpose of the chapter.

Affiliate Member

  • Affiliate Members are individuals who are currently employed and have three (3) or more years of experience in a field related to commercial real estate (CRE), which field benefits, supports or supplies a service or product to a CRE professional, such as furniture or flooring vendors, janitorial or security services, etc.
