Elevate Scholarship

2018 Elevate Scholarship is now CLOSED.

This is a local scholarship presented by CREW Utah (Commercial Real Estate Women), the local chapter of CREW Network. These scholarships are made possible by Kip Paul, Executive Director with Cushman & Wakefield Commerce, Cottonwood Partners, Michael Roderick, President of Roderick Realty Services, and Newmark Grubb ACRES to support the advancement, achievement, and success of women in commercial real estate. This is a purpose-specific scholarship available to women interested in pursuing a career in a qualified field in the commercial real estate industry. Scholarship winners will be given the opportunity to network with the most dynamic and successful industry professionals.

Scholarship Award:

  • Up to $5,000.00. Must be applied to future tuition only and used within a 24-month period. There may be several recipients of the scholarship award as determined by the CREW Utah Elevate scholarship committee.
  • 2018 CREW Utah student membership
  • Fees waived for the monthly CREW Utah lunches
  • Lunch with CREW Utah board members


  • Minimum cumulative GPA 3.0
  • Must be a female
  • US Citizen
  • Intent to pursue a career in the commercial real estate industry
  • Recipients are students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need
  • Junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled during 2018 in a Utah university/college

Application Process:

  1. All documents (except the mailed transcript) should be sent as PDF files and each file name must contain the first and last name of the prospective candidate. Send one email with all required documents and include your full name in the Subject line. Email full package to

  3. Along with application send the following to above email in PDF format:
    1. Current resume (include anticipated graduation date).
    2. Two letters of recommendation from the following: Faculty Member / Current or past employer.
